What this is. Every property Property Hunter has found from public records (Garland County, and Saline County as it comes in): the Arkansas GIS tax roll (owner, assessed values, parcel), the City of Hot Springs vacant-structure register, cleanup/demolition liens, 2025 code cases, zoning and FEMA flood maps.
What it is not. There are no asking prices here; none of these are listed for sale. Delinquent taxes have not been checked (the county's tax site is login-only). The value shown is the county's appraised total (the assessor's opinion of full value, often behind the market); tax is charged on 20% of it. Scores are a ranking aid, not a valuation. Nothing here is an offer, and paying someone's taxes never makes you the owner. Known limit: City register entries were matched to parcels by a point lookup, and an audit on 2026-09-13 found about 80 of them sitting on the neighbouring lot. Before acting on any one, confirm the parcel in the live lookup, which reads the parcel itself.
