Ground rules baked into every letter. It says who you are and that you intend to resell. Every dollar figure is from the public record and labelled. It states the owner's other options (pay it, sell it themselves, do nothing). It never implies you are the City, the County or the State, never invents a deadline, and never says their taxes make it yours. Hot Springs Village and Diamondhead lots are not in this list at all: signing one over gives you the POA dues. Parcels already certified to the State are out too: a signed deed there does not stop the tax sale.
