Arkansas · Commissioner of State Lands · public recordsTax-delinquent, for sale by the State

What this is. Every parcel the Commissioner of State Lands is currently selling because the taxes went unpaid long enough for the county to certify it to the State. The starting bid is what is owed: taxes, interest, penalties and costs. Each one is joined to the county tax roll for the owner, address, appraised value and an aerial. Rebuilt from the live feed every morning.

What it is not. Not every delinquent parcel: one that is a year behind is still at the county, and only the county Collector's login-only site shows that. Buying here means bidding on the State's site with an account, a card on file and identity verification; there is a 90-day litigation period after a sale before you can do anything with it. Paying someone's taxes never makes you the owner.
