Add parcels by id (one per line, Garland by default; prefix another county's FIPS like 05125:706-02258-000)
What "check" compares, per parcel: owner of record, county appraised value and the last deed reference from the State roll; for Hot Springs parcels, the City liens total, vacant-register and open code-case status from the City's GIS; and whether it is in the State's tax-sale inventory (from the daily file) and any bid on it. A change shows in red until you check again. The morning email with the same changes comes from the app on your Mac, which watches the same list once you paste the ids into it.
